  1. This archive contains a demonstration version of BDUMP, the BTRIEVE
  2. specific file dumping utility. It is actually a full featured version 
  3. of the program, limited to work with the first 5 records of your file 
  4. only. Files contained here are:

  7.       BDUMP.EXE         the demo program
  8.       BDUMP.HLP         a text file displayed by BDUMP.EXE if no 
  9.                         arguments are specified on the command line
  10.       BDUMP.DOC         an abreviated documentation file

  22. support and bug fixes. Microsoft C version 4.0 and Turbo C source code is 
  23. available for an additional $25.00.

  26. additional features that you suggested, you will recieve a new version free.

  29. After having completed version 1.0, I found the program so useful that I
  30. am sure you will agree that it is worth the small price I am asking for it.
  31. Please give copies of the demo version to anyone you like, as this will
  32. allow me to sell more copies of the real thing (isn't that the whole

  37. DUMP    - a similar file dump utility that handles standard sequential
  38.           files. Since these files are not managed by Btrieve, the key
  39.           options are not available, but all other options are.

  41. PRTFILE - a file print utility, especially useful for printing program 
  42.           listings. Multiple files can be given on the command line.
  43.           Command line options include condensed print, 4 column left offset 
  44.           (for those who like to punch holes along the left for placing the 
  45.           printout in a loose leaf binder, page headings, insert form feeds 
  46.           between files, etc. If your listing includes form feeds, PRTFILE 
  47.           will print a new heading (if that option was chosen) after ejecting
  48.           the page.
